The content is general information about my consulting services. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. Any consulting work happens under a separate written agreement.

I keep the content accurate and up to date, but I cannot guarantee that it is complete or current at all times.

I am responsible for my own content on this site under the general laws. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, photos, app demo videos and design on this site belong to Samuel Vaug unless stated otherwise. You may share links to the site. Please do not copy or reuse the content without written permission.

Client names and logos belong to their owners. They are shown only to describe past work.

5. External links

This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Calendly. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content. When the links were added, no unlawful content was apparent. If I become aware of a problem with a linked site, I will remove the link.

6. Privacy

How this site handles personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
