I'm Samuel Vaugoyeau, a French hospitality operator and consultant based in Berlin. I've spent 10 years working across luxury hotels, international airline catering, and independent F&B, from Accor MGallery resorts in Vietnam and Versailles, to managing multi-site operations across Europe for Newrest, one of the world's largest catering groups.
Today I run L'Apéro Bar in Berlin, and I consult independently for hospitality businesses ready to operate smarter. I work with hotels, restaurants, and tourism businesses, in French and English, fully remote.
